You must READ AND ACCEPT BEFORE THE ORDER
The Owner/Administrator of the site is Ta-nur Ltd., registered in the Register of Companies of Monza and Brianza, P.IVA 08033920961.
ARTICLE 1 – PROPOSAL AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1. The customer’s written acceptance of the order or the start of the execution of the order by the customer will constitute acceptance of the order and these General Terms of Sale.
1.2. With the conclusion of the Sales Agreements, according to procedure, the Customer accepts and is obliged to observe these General Terms. The Customer, therefore, is urged to read carefully, before making any purchase, the present Terms of Sale and, once the purchase procedure provided by the Site, to print them or to preserve them, according to the manner Favorite. ARTICAL 3 – BONDS AND ADEMPIMENT
3.1. The Customer must place the order in accordance with these Terms of Sale. You must provide all the information that From time to time Ta-nur S-r.l. requests in relation to the Orders and must also inform promptly whether, at any time, the customer is unable or delayed or becomes aware of any circumstance that may put him in the situation of being unable or late in the execution of any portion of his order.
3.2. Occasionally there may be non-availability of the Products offered, in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in full or partly available, the same will be replaced with others previously agreed with the customer or The order will be sent with the available products after you send notice to the customer about the unavailable products by making a refund for the missing part.
3.3. Ta-nur s.r.l. reserves the right to vary the Order at any time. Any variation of this kind will be achieved through a written revision of the Order, accepted in accordance with the manner of the previous Article 1.
3.4.Ta-nur s.r.l reserves the right to cancel an order, if the same provides for the surcharge on the ordinary shipping rate, for disadvantaged locations, not previously entered by the automatic system for the calculation of shipping rates. These locations are listed and visible on the website of our couriers.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS
4.1. All the Products offered are detailed in the home page of the Site, within the respective sections, separated by Product categories. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, by Ta-nur s.r.l, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the Real Product; and this, with particular regard to its actual size and/or the chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packages. If there is a difference between the image and the written product card, the description of the product sheet is always true.
ARTICAL 4Bis – DANNEGGIATOED PRODUCT, BROKEN, PACCO MANOMESSO AND GARANZIA.
4bis.1. All of our products are carefully packed in order to avoid and/or reduce accidents and damage during transport.
However, you may receive the pack with wet cardboard, broken or tampered or with broken adhesive film. In this regard it is advisable to accept the package with reserve or not to accept it in order to initiate a dispute with the courier. By accepting the package without reservation, the customer takes responsibility for the integrity of the content without making any claim to Ta-nur s.r.l as a refund.
If you still receive the package or if it is intact but inside one or more products are damaged or broken, we ask you to send immediately (check the package immediately after delivery by the courier or throughout the day) an email attaching a photo of both the damaged/broken product, inside the package, and the packaging (wet or damaged). The photo is an essential element to evaluate a possible refund in the form of a voucher purchase or the return of the product, or to send a complaint to the courier on our part. Refund claims will not be accepted in cases of emails sent with photos of products not placed in the packaging or package, or sent after a few days after delivery.
IMPORTANT: Ta-nur s.r.l is responsible to no greater than the price/cost of the product purchased by the customer and subject to dispute.
ARTICAL 4Ter – ERRATO PRODUCT

ARTICAL 5 – TRANSPORT: PRICES, MODALITY AND CONSEGNA
5.1. Orders will be delivered at the address specified in the order. The cost of shipping is set at 5.90 euros for amounts up to 29.90 euros, FREE for amounts greater than 29.90 euros (all of Italy). For disadvantaged locations (places and costs that can be viewed on the site www.brt.it) there is a surcharge of shipping costs, about 10 euros, for this reason Ta-nur s.r.l reserves the possibility to change the shipping prices in relation to the orders that the destination locations indicated in the express courier (Brt) section of the site, or to cancel the order when the customer refuses to pay such expenses.
5.2. The delivery will be made within 1-2 days (24/48 hours) of the shipment of the order, which will be notified by email. The delivery will be felt when the courier has delivered the goods (in terms of description, quality and quantity) to the address placed in the order. The Order must be concluded when all products have been delivered in accordance with these general conditions and accepted by the Buyer. At the time of delivery of the Products by the courier in charge of Ta-nur S-nur, the customer is required to check scrupulously:
1. a) That the anti-break-in label is healthy and the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered
2. b) That the number of pieces in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the packing slip.
Any damage to the anti-break-in label, packaging and products or mismatch of the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately disputed by the Customer, who can contact Ta-nur s.r.l. through the Contact Form specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred. Cases of increased force, unavailability of transport vehicles, as well as unpredictable or unavoidable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery Ta-nur s.r.l, will give the right to split, postpone or cancel, in all or part, the expected delivery or to resolve the Sales Agreement. In such cases it will be the care of Ta-nur s.r.l to provide timely and adequate communication of its determinations to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the latter will be entitled to the return of the price possibly already paid, excluding any further claim, in any capacity, against Ta-nur S.r.l.
ARTICAL 6 – PAGE MODE
6.1. The payment of the Purchased Products is made with PayPal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfer in the manner specified.
ARTICAL 7 – RECESS RIGHTS
7.1. Purchases made on the Site are regulated by the current Sales Conditions as well as the Italian Law on Mail/Distance Sales. Under D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer (i.e. a person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, or without specifying a VAT number reference) is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions below.
In order to exercise this right, you must send a notice in this regard, by means of recommended r/r, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The substantial integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. If you choose a different and more onerous method, Ta-nur s.r.l is entitled to ask for the surcharge due or reduce it from the amount of the refund.
Please note that in accordance with the relevant legislation, Ta-nur S.r.l will reimburse the Customer the sums paid by the latter as the price of the Products. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the products that are subject to withdrawal to Ta-nur s.r.l.
